The water-ski camps in Hikkaduwa and Negombo are catering for all water skiers (slalom, tricks and barefoot) who want spend the winter at the ultimate, tropical spot. From beginners to professionals, from young to the still young at heart, singles, couples and families.
We are proud to offer the only slalom course in Negombo Sri Lanka.
Our main focus is on slalom but we also offer wakeboard, trickski, waterski for kids, and an air chair, if required, with professional coaching.
Barefoot water-ski is certainly possible. The INFINITY ZX 1 reaches a top speed of over 70 km/h. A barefoot training boom is available as well as two barefoot protection suites.
The Negombo waterski course has only a length of 500 m but the perfect water conditions are making it possible to barefoot waterski all day long.
In Negombo you will train on the Ging Oya river. Since the slalom course is in a dead end arm of the river there is no current. The shore is overgrown by mangroves and palm trees preventing a back wash as well as wind waves.
Regardless of the time of the day you always get the most perfect conditions.
Waterski in Hikkaduwa is aimed at beginners up to intermediate level skiers. There is no slalom course yet for the professionals but we are working on it…
In Hikkaduwa you will train on the Hikkaduwa Ganga, a 5000 sqm inland lake which is connected to the Indian Ocean..
The only other presence on the lake are a few local fishermen, fishing for sweet-water prawns in their outrigger boats.
