The 10 suites of the Boulder Garden, consisting 2 natural caves and a 1 split level Family room and other 7 suites with twin bedded and double bedded suites have private Balconies and terraces from which the magnificent evergreen patch can be viewed.
BOULDER GARDEN is set against the lofty mountain in the tranquil, healthier jungle demarcating the Tea and Paddy terraces at Kalawana in Sri Lanka's South West region.
Sinharaja is known for its last viable area of "Primary Tropical Rainforest" of the Country. More than 60% of the trees are endemic and many of them are considered rare. There is much endemic wildlife, especially birds, but the reserve is also home to 50% of the endemic species of mammals and butterflies, as well as many kinds of insects, reptiles and rare amphibians.
The Boulder Garden is located 160 km from Colombo International Air Port and only 2 km from Kalawana, 15 Km to Sinharaja, the virgin rain forest.
