      One house is built fully equipped (two floors/ 260 square meters) with three double bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room, kitchen and a 90 square meters terrace. The other house (one floor) has 5 double rooms. All rooms do have air conditioning, fan and private bath with cold and hot water. The third house is mainly for the staff.
The Kalutara area is also a perfect starting point for visiting other interesting places in Sri Lanka like Colombo, Kandy, Hikkaduwa and Galle. The travel desk of the Petter's Beach Inn arranges 1-2-3 day tours with A/C van, driver/guide and hotels, boat trips up the Kalutara river or out in the Indian Ocean with or without fishing.
