What happens after sending my reservation request for a hotel or guesthouse in Sri Lanka?
After we receive your booking enquiry, you get a detailed offer about availability, total costs and the cancellation policies for the requested period. Please note that at most of our Sri Lankan hotels, if not stated otherwise, the minimum booking period is three days.
Why didn't I receive my confirmation within the promised 24 hours?
Given that you entered a valid email address, you will
receive an answer within
a few hours. However, due to different time zones and weekends, this
can be
delayed up to 24-48 hours in some cases.
The deposit for your Sri Lanka hotel reservation is usually 30%. The balance is to be paid either
direct to the hotel or 2 weeks before arrival. This depends on seasonal
policies by the hotels and all these details you will receive in our
email response.
Our contract with you is made when you confirm your holiday
booking by making the requested payment.
Please check that the details on the invoice are correct. If you cancel
or alter your booking later on, you may have to pay an amendment charge.
We reserve the right to refuse your booking. If we do this we will refund
any money already paid to us.
Are there any restrictions reserving a hotel or guesthouse in Sri Lanka?
You must represent that you are of sufficient legal age to use this
site, and to create binding legal obligations for any liability
you may incur as a result of the use of this site.
