      The 10 airy rooms of the Samyama Yoga Retreat Centre are all en-suite, some with sea views, all have balconies.
Samyama is the coolest house with doors and windows over 11 feet high, continually being refreshed by sea breezes. The foyer, with curved mahogany staircase under a large glass dome and marble floor, introduces the visitor to the luxury of the rest of the accommodation. Samyama Yoga Retreat Centre offers a 50' no chlorine swimming pool. If required full board is available. Diet is mostly vegetarian, but if requested sea food can be prepared.
